Heart Focus Community Church is an independent Pentecostal Church who relates to Associated Christian Ministries.
Heart Focus Community Church is committed to fulfilling the great command and the great commission as stated in Matthew 22:36-39 and Matthew 28:19.
Heart Focus Community Church is a place where everyone is welcome.
Our Vision statement
We see the good news of Jesus Christ, bringing hope to the City of Latrobe, impacting the state of Victoria, influencing our great nation of Australia and taking the gospel message to the world.
Our mission statement
We will have a state and national focus with international interest, through various missions focuses via direct in indirect support. Direct support will be via financial aid, supply of material aid and face to face ministry support.
We will intentionally have a foot print across Gippsland by establishing a church mission work which expresses the love of God for the community. We will seek to establish a Heart Focus Community Care missions for people to access non-perishable food items, opportunities to access general counselling, access to attending life skills group work and access to limited primary health care.
We will create partnerships with the business community and other welfare sector agencies to create open doors for gospel ministries to be established. This God given welfare mission focus will give us the influence we need to plant churches, develop leaders and pastors..

Ps John felt the calling to pastoral ministry in his early years in South Africa. He grew up experiencing the power of the Holy Spirit in the lives of his family and his church, and this has been a major contributing factor to the strong mantle of faith, healing and apostolic ministry God has placed upon his life. He ministers the full truth of the Word of God, enjoys imparting the Word to equip others, and fervently believes in the power of prayer to see miracles happen and people come to know Jesus Christ as Lord. Ps John has a heart for the Latrobe Valley community and knows that God has called him here to pastor in this time to bring change through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Nikki Shaw

Pastor Nikki Shaw
Ps. Nikki is a Co-pastor and the Worship Pastor at Heart Focus Community Church. Ps. Nikki joined the Pastoral Ministry Team in 2009. She is passionate about living in the presence of God and prophetic worship. She is a worship leader during our church services and regularly delivers the Word of God with a prophetic edge. She has 35 years of church ministry experience and has 3 adult children who, like Nikki, all live in Traralgon.

We are a network of Australian churches and ministers with a vision to do all we can to fulfil the Great Commission in our nation of Australia and beyond.
While being a denomination registered with the government and having our own core values and beliefs, we believe in working closely with the whole body of Christ to reach Australians with the gospel.
